IMPORTANT SCHOOL INFORMATION-PLEASE READ All incoming 7th graders must show proof of a TdaP vaccine or updated exemption paperwork before starting classes in the fall. No exceptions. Please turn this immunization paperwork in to the SMS office ASAP. Parents: Please remember to pick up any medications that your student might have in the health office. These must be picked up by the end of the year or will be disposed of over the summer. All students who need medications or a health care plan next year will need to update that paperwork over the summer with their health care provider. All health forms are available on our BSD7 website under Health Services or you will be linked to them when you fill out the Health portion of the All in One form. Next year's health paperwork can be turned in to the nurse at Schedule Pick Up Day in August.

FOOD DELIVERIES TO SCHOOL Parents/Guardians, we ask that you please NOT have food delivered to school for your student's lunch. Often times they show up way before or even after the student has had lunch, or show up with no name, etc. With almost 800 kids in the school, we just cannot allow for food deliveries to the school. Thank you for your understanding.
